• Subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate shipping of $7.99 per subscription box.

• Free shipping on orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

 

Shipping Delays

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Subscription Boxes

• Non-Refundable: Subscription boxes are non-refundable due to their custom nature.

• Replacements: If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll replace the damaged or missing items free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Digital Products

​

• Non-Refundable: Digital products (e.g., printables, downloads) are non-refundable due to their instant delivery.

 

Physical Products (Non-Subscription)

​

• Return Eligibility: Non-subscription physical products can be returned if unused and in their original condition.

• Return Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Refunds
